We aspire to promote community, character, fitness and fun through the sport of lacrosse.
We believe that we can achieve this through a community oriented, collaborative leadership approach. This includes parents, players helping other players, and anyone who is interested in supporting the JFKS Lacrosse community as well as the lacrosse community beyond.
We encourage participation in all shapes and sizes at all levels because the more involvement we have, the easier the work becomes. We are also firm believers in the more, the merrier.
One element that makes JFKS Lacrosse special and different from other lacrosse clubs is that it is centered around (but not exclusive to) the community of the John F. Kennedy School in Berlin. This means not only is our club a cross-roads between the German and American experience for lacrosse, but it is also a community which is strengthened by the parents of the JFKS students. While the majority of our board members are currently JFKS parents, we encourage parents of players from other schools to get involved as well. Experience is not a requirement – only interest in the lacrosse community. Teamwork makes the dream work!
